Tyson Roberts is a product of the Layton community and culture. Raised in West Layton by his parents
Dix and Ruth Roberts, Tyson has experienced how Layton has changed over the past 46 years. After graduating from Layton High School in 1993, Tyson and Danna, his wife of 24 years have been raising their 6 children in Layton.

Tyson is a 6th generation Layton farmer who currently operates Roberts Family Farms which grows fresh vegetables to be sold at Northern Utah and Southwestern Wyoming farmers markets. He is also a truck driver for Smiths Food and Drug.

Not your typical farmer, Tyson appreciates music of all types, cheering on his favorite sports teams(Utah Jazz, BYU and the Chicago Bears) and skateboarding and longboarding.
